It's a 2-bed room at the Comfort Inn, a few streets away from Notacon's Wyndham Hotel (sorry, Wyndham). It's cheaper than the Wyndham, and you'd only get to pay 1/2 the cost. I'm booked into it for Friday and Saturday nights.

Truly,
Robert Bernardo

Televisions/Monitors for the Game Room (2 replies)

Hi,

I'm helping RobertB out this year by bringing the Commodore computer systems for the Game Room.

Which leads me to ask a favor of the more local Notacon goers. Would anyone be willing and able to bring television(s) and or monitor(s)? We're currently have a need for 4. They need to be able to accept an analog signal (Composite or S-Video, RF as a last resort). It might be nice to have a larger screen TV for the Shredz64 (Guitar Hero on a Commodore 64) machine. Smaller TVs should be fine for the remaining 3 displays.

Please email me at jasmaz@freeshell.org if you can help us out.

Thanks,

-Jim Mazurek

Take our friend, mad brain for instance. He's kinda shy and I don't really hear him talk too much but starting with the old-school music compo he just clicked and started dancing mad. His glasses flew across the room at one point. The energy that came from him was awesome. I've never seen it before. It was like this for practically everyone. Everyone opened up and beams of energy came from their eyeballs like fucking laser-beams. A lot of hard work went into this demoparty and it's creators are by in large is also it's audience. It's a really interesting dynamic and everyone had an awesome time

Looking for Crash space on Floor (no replies)

Hi there,

My name is Tobias, I'm looking for a floor to crash starting on Thursday, I have a sleeping bag. I'm respectful of people's property and I expect you to be too, i've had people steal my stuff before and know how it feels. I'm a college student right now from Michigan, I pay you money or do some barter thing if you like, I can write music amongst other things.

I just decided to go at the last minute. If you want to get to know me better just call me up: 248-506-3845 Call anytime, I don't care. If you guys are loud and like to party I can roll with that, if you guys are quiet and just like to get to bed early, I can work with that too.
